Jogging 115km, walking 77km. I cam't say so far so good. Nevertheless I still go ahead with better resulte verse the last year

"I want to go to Paris again!"

"No, but I wanted..."

Having lost some days of jogging in Fabruary I could do teh followign results 110km of jogging and walkign 85km but the most important thing is I could get rid of the problem with my foot. The problem was decided very simply through the buying a pair of special soles in a shop. after inserted them in my shoes I walked about 11km and had a comfortable walking. next day I tried to jog fearing to do myself worse but everyhting was good so 1 could end February with running. As I can remember  I have been suffering from this problem since 2010 and no one fucking doctor could advise me doing it. I have lost a lot of money curing my foot but the problem ended with purchase of a pair of soles with price 5$

Having run in a local competition I felt that my foot in hurt again. The place for jogging was awful for me and so what is done cannot be undone. The problem is what should I do? I am afraid that I would start jogging without proper treatment my foot and will be suffering from it. This case had place two years ago and I think it is over me. The best way which I can see would fly to any country for example Egypt for swimming but my foreign passort runs out so I have to direction Black Sea or Issyk Kul Lake or  to hide myself  at a local resort for a week. If I don't make any right decision my holiday may stretch for a long time.

(P. S. Please, don't pay much attention on my errors which you may find here. Simply I study English and try thinking on it. Oh my God it lasts 10 years soon)

With 7km jogging today (t-ra outside was 24 C below zero) I have finished this month today slow but sure I could reach  and crawl over 200 km a month more exactly the figure is 213 km.

The first half of January - 108km

Now presvius year was quite fruitful to me. During last I could have distance by swimming 110km; by jogging 1385km and by walking 830 km. Three times visited Egypt and twice Issyk Kul lake. Slowly but sure my problem with the leg is leaving me in peace, my blood pressure is coming down too. What the most of all irritates me that I lose my weight very slow

Swimming 34km ; jogging 161km; 

Comeback home. East or West home is best.
